This floorless may not act as the traditional one, for the next few months, you actually may see MSTR go up quite a lot, then there will be a price at which the $125 MM will be hedged, then the spiral may begin, but only, IMHO, if MSTR does not use the money wisely and bring up a bottom line that is really growing nicely. I would say the time to get defensive may be few more months down the road. Zeev I wonder why they do not give SI credit for the "new terminology", "floorless" and "death spiral" were coined on these threads (floorless is still not in SI dictionary <g>).
