TP, There will always be boot leg guns. There goes your registration out the window. Registering guns is just another step toward confiscating guns from law abiding citizens.

Well, lets just all say "peace brother" and sing 'give peace a chance'. I am sure all those drug crazed youngsters will immediately turn in the guns available, and never harm anyone again. Those drug crazed youngsters will just use homemade zip guns and reload ammo, so you are just wasting your time. liberal ideas helped create this society of immoral youngsters and now you are looking for a scapegoat(NRA) to blame it on. I noticed you had to ignore the other examples I gave, and I did not even touch on folks who, oh... let's say drowned in a lake over Memorial day due to the influence of alcohol. HEY, I got it, how about registering every liquor store and every bottle of hooch sold so if any one is killed the bottle can be traced back to the selling store, and then that store can be charged with a capital crime..After all , WAY more killed by people under the influence than by playing with the family handgun.
