Robert, The Senate unanimously passed the Digital Signature bill this past Friday. The house passed it earlier in the week. Clinton supports it and will sign it into law. I was asked by a friend today if the investment by Charles Schwab had anything to do with the legislation. All I could say is that I found the timing interesting. Perhaps he was waiting to see the legislation pass before signing on the dotted line. Then again, perhaps it was purely coincidence. Either way, things are definitely falling into place.
