AB - I wonder if we will see some lawyers posting here with their contact numbers. I've seen that before when a class action starts up.

Great timing though don't you think. I mean $20 in under two days trading when the stock was clearly recovering....looks a bit naughty to me.

What's the key difference between 'fraud on the market' and 'insider trading'? It is beyond obvious that lots and lots of folks knew about the Qualcomm and Globalstar bad news and good news respectively and made a ton in each case based on that knowledge. Actually this month's poster child is Citrix, take a look at the volume in the two days prior to it falling 50% 1 1/2 weeks ago. Fifty million share volume out of nowhere! What a cowinkydink.
