Luc - The Big One is Coming..

Looking at the big picture using Elliott Waves, I see the big wave 1 down from the March 10th hi to the May 24th low, this abc correction up as a big wave 2, which should end around the 4300-4350 area (a fibonacci 61.8% retrace), then the really big wave 3 Down.. This 3rd should start in July and end in August.. Using the EWT principal that 3rd waves are longer than 1st waves, and knowing that the 1st wave was (5132-3042) = 2090, a bit of arithmetic tells us that this 3rd down will settle below 2200.. If the current abc correction up comes to the fibonacci 78.6% retracement area of 4650-4700, then the minimum downside target would change to below 2500..

The above forward calculations assume a secular bear market in the Nasdung.. New highs during the current runup will negate this scenario..
