Wednesday, June 21, 2000 - 5:49:33 AM Thanks to Idiot and Tim for notifying me regarding various 800 MHz Willamette benchmarks, which have been leaked by a fellow named Pikachu. Several pictures of the system are available here, including one of the CPU installed in the system, with the heatsink removed. There are also some Sandra benchmarks available, though the program seems to be misreporting the system's memory bandwidth and clock-speed. Sandra's benchmarks seem to be rather poor, with FPU performance below that of a Celeron 366 and slightly better integer performance than a 500 MHz Katmai Pentium III. Conversely, memory performance is substantially higher than all other results. Cachemem results, however, aren't as promising:
