Elmer - just asking because we're thinking of moving out to Scottsdale or Gilbert (wife wants Gilbert - I want Scottsdale). Went house shopping last weekend and we can pay cash for a 5 bedroom house for what would be our down payment in SF. I know, I know ... but it's Phoenix. But I actually enjoy the area - I do wish there was a little more culture. Thanks for the post earlier on your trading scheme. Way too involved for me, good luck.
