I don't think it's Mark Price, at least not the Mark Price you're referring to. That Mark Price has a middle initial of "M." (from his e-mail address). However it's within the realm of possibility that this Price could be a relative.

Ben Traub owns over 75% of Phoenix. He also owns a big chunk of Cyclone Financing Group. Check out this disclaimer put out by Traub and Cyclone in 1996. Pay special attention to the a,b,c,d at the bottom, especially c and d. It sounds like he promotes the kind of companies that me and Bob Sims like to invest in.
