Hi Keith,

I just posted about psychology and stocks and if we were to print a Primer on psychology and stocks, QCOM would be our subject. No way do I see anything but a SLOW ascent by the Q over the next few months.

When you go up against a call from Greg it should give one pause but I have two bottles of Dom to prove he is not infallible, LOL.

I still see the Q at 100 by the end of the year and mainly because I see the Naz between 5500 and 6000. That is why I hope everyone does not over stay their welcome with almost all stocks this time.

Remember, I am into Houses and the question should be are the Houses into the Q. The answer is yes and they will take care of their inventory. Too much concentration is being placed on the fundamentals as Scott and John have mentioned when one part of my ESSENTIAL EQUATION is often overlooked, TIME. Everything is a Time Capsule to me and that eliminates a lot of Anxiety Neurosis. You must look toward the end of the year.

My only question to you is - With the above in mind, why would I be in the stock and not in options with the meat of my money in something else I feel will move better while I wait out the move by Q?

Volts

re: What are your thoughts on Greg's comments concerning qcom possibly being dead money for quite awhile.

That's an old comment like nearly four months old now. I would only hold QCOM now if I thought I couldn't find better places to put my money. I have made a ton of money on this recovery picking off stocks that bottom, easy money too. So for me, I wouldn't hold. I'm still highly interested in the QCOM story even if I feel the story is not and will not be nearly as large as it once was or will be. There are two reasons why I will buy QCOM right now. One is price. If the stock went down to the 50's I would buy it. Two is current or future story change. If some news came out that changed the story enough that would cause more eyes to gaze on QCOM I would be a buyer. Make take on the QCOM is that it will be range bound till 3g is firmed sometime near the end of this year beginning of next or till one of my two conditions to buy are fulfilled.
