Greg, ARC is a beneficiary of the Inacom's collapse. Ray Hipp knows Inacom CEO very well. In fact, the Allergan deal announced last week (a substantial deal) was a takeaway from Inacom. The work was supposed to start in September and the company just got words to push it ahead to next week. ARC has picked up 4 or 5 good size deals from Inacom. There're 2 or 3 deals right behind Allergan and ARC is the most likely winner as well.

There're about 200 Inacom contracts that fall into ARC's space, these include help desk and service centers. ARC is actively pursuing them.

Regards,

Tom
