Maybe it should have read all of their remaining stock instead.

But that begs the question about any "extension"
if certain shares were recently sold on 4/17/00.

What gives?

Anyone care to explain or, at least, ask GZ?

RIGHT! But the private sales mentioned earlier were done back in May ... Thus, I would say it is safe to ASSUME that all of their REMAINING shares are locked up ...
