No agenda, if that is the explanation, then that's fine. Same number of shares ...but both were reported as Form 4 sales, so from appearances there appears to be some inconsistancy. If it had been an exchange, one block should have been recorded as a sale, the other as a buy. Both were recorded as sales. Was it simply misreported? If not, why? Or did the site I provide the link to get the wrong info from the SEC? If so, why? Again, the stupidity of mankind comes from having the answers, the wisdom comes from having the questions. z
