They sold the number of shares above the amount they
agreed to lock up.

However, per the above link JP's holding were only
listed as 10,500,000 without the aggregate number being
given for his entire family.

Again this link may have the wrong info.,
or the aggregate may make up for the difference.

Again you gave a good source for getting the
answers...do you have an email address?

Anyway, there was supposed to be a good article
in the NYtimes today on the viability of dot.com's.
I'm listening to NPR with some guests from SFE
discussing this topic.

Does this mean there could be shares that have previously been sold in the aforementioned private transaction (April 2000) that may now be introduced into the public market ( by whoever bought them from the Collardeau's) as of next Monday?
