Considering the criminal history of some of the COII management, it would not surprise me a bit if this CTI International of Mexico was set up by Johnston or Secord.

After all, if you are willing to distribute armaments to Central Americans in direct opposition to a Congressional directive, you would probably be willing to do this, too.

How about listing any shareholder of Computerized Thermal Imaging International other than Computerized Thermal Imaging.

Please list an address for this "consortium"

Please list a telephone number, name of some officers, or any contact at this "customer"

Then we can judge if anyone actually bought their product.
