The Key question for CLRS is how widespread the adoption
of their suite of B2B content management and payment
settlement tools, is among the trading platforms and
entities that are built.

we'll have to see how that goes.

My 2 best B2B companies are ARBA, and CMRC.

ORCL is also prominent, obviously ITWO, VRSN and other
companies are vital to B2B as well.

The knock on CLRS, from those I talk to is that if they
don't gain critical mass in the B2B rollout they will be
an also ran. Other vendors may be the winner in CLRS's
product area.

This is more of an issue for 2001, I expect to see higher
prices for CLRS and VERT this year.
