Thanks, Howard. The STRU old timers all knew of the SEC rules you refer to a long time ago. Hopefully no one would invest without such knowledge of these new rules and I use the term "invest" loosely...speculate would be a better word at this particular juncture. By the way the link you gave does not seem to work but it must be the recent Phyllis (forget her last name, I am old) article, right? Giltch or something like that.

Well, she is basically correct in her overview, in my opinion, but no one can figure out what prompted her to single out STRU as the target company with which to make her point. Our CEO does not recall answering her specifically in that context but I think the answers he was purported as giving were pretty good.

If you are saying that the reporting rules initiated for otcbb stocks are a good thing there are many including myself who would agree. In the case of STRU, they issued fairly comprehensive financials (some 95 pages) before the deadline but too late to avoid being de-listed.

STRU shareholders are now waiting for SEC approval of revised financials and when this will happen is anyone's guess. So now we languish in the pink gutter with all the thorns, calling our self a rose worthy of a better lot. One thing for sure, if STRU is really a rose amongst the thorns as some think it is, and if they can claw their way back out of the pink gutter and implement their business plan, it might actually be worth a good hard look.

Thanks for the warning Howard. Good point well made.

Regards, John (Porkster)
