Ratbert - binsplit means the speed distribution of good parts. Total binsplit always adds up to 100% regardless of yield, which is the ratio of good units/total units with no regard to speed.

Elmer: I was being facetious. Scumbria's warnings not withstanding, I'll ask more directly-

I know that yield is good.
I know that ramp is good.

But my specific question is this: Are binsplits good?
