ruffian:

Here are the 3 possible outcomes in a Nokia/Qualcomm agreement.

1) A full blown buy out
2) A ASIC deal to purchase 1X chips from QCOM
3) A straight 3G licensing deal with QCOM to cover 1X and WCDMA.

TO ALL:

Brace yourselves. Somewhere between now and 80, the idiot crowd will be back claiming they bought at 62 and we have bottomed. If they are real slick, they will post their buys on another thread and reference it there only if they are right. Resist the urge to reach through the phone lines and strangle them(you can't do it anyway. Not even over dsl or cable.)

All the best

Gene
