Terry, I think minimum wage was a little over a dollar ( $1.15) in the early 50's and $1.25 in the early 60's . It is good to compare weekly pay versus goods that can be purchased. I often point out how real estate prices have appreciated faster than incomes so it is unrealistic to make linear extrapolations into the indefinite future. Mike HO HO HO
