Dow break below critical support level of 10,400 early in the day, indicating weakness in DOW stocks specifically financial despite good earnings report by MWD. DOW has since rebounded. Light profit taking on COMPX leaders. Money rotating into third tier stocks such as CLRS and SPLI in strong groups like internet and optical. Interest rate sensitive sectors like ratail and financials showing a disturbing weakness all week. Fear of the Fed may be changing to fear of an economy that had been slowed too much.
