(VNWK) rose 1 7/8, or 6.2 percent, to 32 1/8 and traded as high as 32 3/4. The maker of software that measures the efficiency of data networks will replace Magellan Health Services Inc. (MGL), a manager of psychiatric health plans, in the S&P SmallCap 600 Index. Magellan Health is being removed for lack of representation.
