To bad Intel decided to use Linux as ther OS on their new devices. Free software is very tempting isn't it.

By the way, these court cases are a sideshow. If MSFT does not come up with more "innovative" products than those already marketed by SUNW, ORCL, AAPL, PALM etc. they are toast. They have about 4-5 years of catching up to do. Not saying they cannot do it, but they better management of their resources. You know, 20 billion in cash does not go that far these days when most IT companies with any profitability valued with cyberspace money.
