>>>A rep actually told me that!!! it's too bad... one has this image that schwab is head-and-shoulders above all the other OLB's, but it's probably just that--an image. the reps may be nicer, but they're not much more knowledgeable. and their software systems seem archaic. ah, thanks for reminding me... late confirmations (and lack of UROUT cancellation confirms) are what I don't like about Brown. 2 things I like about Schwab: paperless confirms, and online spread orders (even if they are only 1-to-1... altho I have to ask myself why it makes a difference to allow ratio spreads?!!) ...and the industry wants to trade single-stock futures?! :-)
