I still don't know why a $1.28 stock would be splitting, and I don't know why they're issuing a dividend to shareholders when they're burning cash.

I think I have figured out, however, why the those Greenvolt shares did not appear on the balance sheet at 3/31/00: The value of those shares, like the value of a WTA master license, is not readily determinable and therefore GAAP does not allow them to be recorded (just a guess). I don't know why they don't sell those shares. I don't want them!

Bizarre management decisions here.
