NOK buying QCOM makes sense as it hasn't negotiated CDMA royalty w/ QCOM and CDMA2000 & W-CDMA are likely adopted for 3G. QCOM would get royalty for CDMAOne, CDMA2000 & W-CDMA. It got all the bases covered.

Please (!) Didn't this same rumor stir a little flurry in the stock last month? It created a shorting opportunity for the manipulators. This is getting old.
