PS Here's a story. But keep in mind it is not accurate with respect to the AOL comments. I'm sure some in the media will be getting the details wrong. You see, AOL is now in the ATT camp since they bid for Time Warner's cable pipes. AOL does not want other ISPs forcing their way onto their newly purchased cable pipes.

Thanks, Mike. Heard the news on CNBC. Just as I turned on the TV while on a conference call, "The Brain" was just concluding his statements, which prompted me to check online.

Busy day. Will review opinion & post my comments later. All I can say at this point is (1) its about time and (2) its the right decision, the one I had predicted.

From edit comments posted, the Court is correct (duh!), Internet service over cable is not cable service per se, and thus not within the ambit of the Cable Act.

Gotta roll. Licking my wounds, judging from todays closing prices. At least IFCI made a nice showing; CMTO did good as well.
