As soon as the database upgrade is complete, the BM features are right at the top of the list.

Bryan,

Thanks for the response.
That sounds great.
We really need this feature and I am looking forward to that day.

Fred

Bryan: Great to hear about the upcoming Browsemaster features. I really miss the portfolio listing presentation used by Bmaster. I hope you will duplicate that. Karen

Bryan, I agree that it's great to hear you'll be implementing the BM features, but, frankly, we've heard the same many, many months ago, which is the last time you appeared on this board saying, basically, "sorry for delay, please be patient."

Believe me, I don't want to be cynical, but, based on your past behavior, it wouldn't surprise me if you showed up again in, say, September, apologizing, and saying "any day now."

I'm sort of tired of excuses. I just want the same (notice I didn't say "better") SI experience I had a YEAR AGO when Browsemaster worked. And I would like it SOON; I've wasted far too much time already. It's as if I was cruising along downhill on a gorgeous high-tech bicycle, on a brand new and beautifully paved road, wonderful scenery everywhere, clean air, all the endorphins firing, and then suddenly, a dirt road appears out of nowhere, I have to brake, then get off the bike entirely as I push it around pothole after pothole.

Bryan, are those BM features on the new database?

BTW, here is the response I got for a bug in the Classic SI interface:

"Try using the normal interface instead of the Classic. That may work. Let me know if it works. Thank you for contacting our customer service group. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help you in the future. "

Suggesting that I work around this problem by using the "normal" interface is laughable. Does that mean you no longer support the Classic SI interface? I have reported two bugs related to the database upgrade and Classic SI interface and neither has been addressed.

Please do what you can.

Bryan,

On Thursday, Jun 22, 2000 you wrote:

A great deal of time has passed since you posted this.

SI is coming along quite nicely.

The fact of the matter is that Browsemaster procided a great deal of functionality and ease of use that is still VERY lacking here.

Would you please advise when we might anticipate the BM features.

Thank you.
