I'm in the same boat as you guys, kind of happy about the "free" return, but not too keen on owning the open-ended fund. I wish that I had loaded up on it at 7.5 instead of 8.5, but I can't complain overall. Any idea as to when the transaction will be completed, and how it will work?

I have the same problem as you do with this open-end fund idea. I have been looking where to go from here and there do not seem to be many choices.
