Wrong. Appropriate company response when there is no news to account for it. Typical is for a company to report material news if there is material news to report.

Right Greg. The spokesman doesn't know anything because Valence didn't tell him anything - yet, typical. Probably busy dotting the i's etc. To believe that nothing has happened after witnessing today's action is sheer stupidity.
