Evangelicals, are from mainstream denominations Actually I'm a confirmed member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church (that's it's official name). The similarity ends with the name. fundamentalists bent over backwards to show that they were not racist and anti- semitic. They can appear to be full of love and sweetness, but they preach that anyone who dies without Jesus in his heart is going straight to H**L. I think their periodic outbursts are part of the mind control, used when the troops appear to be getting too chummy with the natives. The political leaders are probably more pragmatic. TP
