Re: " I am not technical in IT matter but it does seem that MSFT is copying AAPL. In fact, AAPL is going to be a ASP for the consumer"

I'll wait to hear from AAPL on that before I make an assumption.

Re: "This strategy is a slap not in the face of Judge Jackson but for the whole United State Judicial system. Whether we like it or not they have been convicted of a crime. Granted the case is under appeal but to commit the same crime again is IMO ludicrous. It is like I have been convicted of assault but I appeal. During the appeal process I assault someone else again. Stupid. Most Judges, whether they be at the appelate level or Supreme Court will take note of this behavior. I just do not see the logic."

I guess MSFT came up with this major shift in their business just to spite the DOJ and the American judicial system?

No it is like you are in the process of explaining (via appeal) your reason for fighting -maybe self-defense? And you are continuing your self-protection or self-interest while your appeal is in progress!

Most judges should only look at the legal issues of the case history before them.
