In thinking this through, this news (on RMBS) should be bad for someone, correct? Who will have to pay the royalties, where it hasn't been factored into the stock price yet? MU? TSE? INTC? This development appears to be a zero sum situation, so who can we play on the short side?

Meanwhile, RMBS @ 140 afterhours. I am DAMN glad I didn't short it, ratty chart and all!
