From Seattle times: ONYX SOFTWARE is an enterprise software company based in Bellevue that is among 100 companies in the business of customer-relations management. Yet, according to one study, it is the only vendor that can service the entire market, writes Bill Frerichs, an analyst with the D.A. Davidson brokerage. Onyx can serve companies ranging from the small to extra-large categories, Frerichs wrote. Among Onyx's customers, 75 percent use at least part of the Internet offerings. A third of the customers are software companies. With more than $100 million in sales expected this year, Onyx targets $1 billion five years down the road. Report issued June 13.)
