That's three Asian concerns now that have given in is it? It must be a solid case if they do not want to waste a few mil. on litigation. Are analysts calling for American producers to follow suit? (no pun intended there).

Earlie, the question is, what are the larger implications? is RMBS technology going to be widely used?
i keep hearing it isn't good for much, but it seems the royalties now cover products that have heretofore not been counted as RMBS technology. have i got this straight?
