The rumors about Nokia spending time at QUALCOMM's headquarters and Nokia is buying part or all of QUALCOMM has been getting louder here in San Diego over the last week.Personally I can't see a good business plan in the rumor and so I am beginning to wonder if the activity that is rumored is for a comprehensive buisness plan about to go down for Nokia to license 3G CDMA chip capability and become QUALCOMM's largest chip customer with immediate delivery of chipsets. The word immediate is essential if QUALCOMM is to rescue Nokia in the IS95 CDMA market.
