Mike,

Why sell soon? Won't the discount continue to narrow as the takeover date approaches? I assume that it's pretty much a "done deal" that it will pass. Also, how does the buyout actually happen? My understanding is that we get a number of shares in the OEF that corresponds to the NAV of DSI whenever it stops trading, is that right? The press release was a little fuzzy for me..
