If it should be most appropriate for SDRAM to hold the majority stake of desktop space for a year or two, and even for DDR to follow for a year or two (not meaning RDRAM won't have a share as well) when RDRAM is finally ready to take over as processors move into the 2.5 -3.gigahertz range, or whatever, Rambus will have survived and prospered during the waiting period. Frankly, I was not so sure that would be the case seven months ago.

It is good to hear a long who really understands what is going on here. Congratulations.
