Wow, I knew Hitachi would have to settle eventually but I did not think it would happen so fast. It will now depend on the terms of the agreement, how high and how fast RMBS will run. If it's a token amount in up front payment and a reduced royalty in order to get greater acceptance, this stock will pull back quickly. It has some great longer term fundamentals though. The higher targets were 150 to 200 post split.
