T won the Portland case on open access! Remember this was what brought them down 20 points a long-long time ago. Can we see it up now 20 points?? IBM here a great buy, NOVL too. Retailers, buy them now for after techs peak. ANF, COST, TOM, GPS, etc. UIS, CPQ, COMS on the move. Only problem is every stock I've sold has kept going up (except LOR which will) but otherwise lookin' for for continuing sumemr rally. Naz to 4400 sounds probable to me. Then swiytch into defensives, retailers, oil, IBM (the one safe tech at this price), cash.
