Now about those "truthful" <ggg> statements made by them regarding Kugler's visit... Second, Nextech requests that the court refer this matter to the United States Attorney to consider filing perjury charges against Mr. Sylver and Jean Ricciardi and then there was our case, whereby AZNT filed a meritless lawsuit based on hearsay, speculation, and the corroboration of the notorious liar, Gary Dobry. Why did they REALLY file that lawsuit. Who really pushed to have the lawsuit started. <s> Is there any conceivable and believable way Qualey was not aware of the bogus content of the filing and the affidavit?
