Thanks for the thoughts Earlie. I guess the real question is: How much longer can those big funds keep buying the stocks in question?

My vote for bad timing move of the neighborhood. My 2 neighbors had natural gas lines installed in their houses yesterday.

Earlie, thanks...very informative post, and i agree with you: they're most likely all homing in on the zaitechu play (of which Hitachi surely has fond memories).
this interplay between the funds, the 'analysts' and the companies, i'm sure you're on to something here.
a pyramid game/stock selling scam of gargantuan proportions.
