So are we on our way to nothing here or what? This is getting to be very frustrating.

The sole reason for On2.com's (ONT 4 1/8 ASE) continued share price demise is that it's float virtually doubled during June," says Scott Fraser (The Natural Contrarian, 1155 Camino Del Mar, #468, Del Mar, CA 92014, 12 issues, $179, 6/27/00). "The new shares must be absorbed before the price can recover. This recovery will be driven by future benefits of it's steadily expanding broadband content-deal portfolio. USA Networks and Showtime Networks will be using its technology for broadband programming over their respective web sites. On2.com's successful demonstration of its TrueMotion® VP3 video compression and streaming technology at a recent New York show attracted major market forces, including Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley. Citigroup completed the first tranche of On2.com's next financing with an additional $10 million investment. It has also been added to the Russell-3000 index, which will provide enhanced market exposure and should expedite the move toward the more tech-appropriate NASDAQ."
