ILNK:BigZoo.com Corporation deal

should give I-Link a "technology licensing" fee for GateLink APIs, and about $900,000 per month in network traffic revenues starting mid July 2000.

As BigZoo.com starts to offer enhanced services like "click to call" and web based "conferencing", the monthly revenue to I-Link will grow from the approximate $900,000 dollars per month.

From what I see, BigZoo.com is not a facilities based carrier? that means they don't own the fiber or the switches? and resell minutes purchased from major carriers with PSTN network. By deploying communication and value add services on I-Link's network, made possible by the GateLink APIs, BigZoo.com becomes, for all practical purposes, a "virtual" facilities based carrier. BigZoo.com will have a footprint on I-Link's Real Time IP global network. In this scenario, BigZoo.com is more than just a reseller of minutes with eroding margins? they own a virtual capacity on I-Link's network. BigZoo.com will have more control over its future business because of its virtual ownership of capacity on I-Link's network. A relationship like this, once consummated, is "forever".

I-Link is very aggressively marketing the GateLink APIs. Currently Dror Buaki is managing this program. And if you have any leads, feel free to contact Dror about it?

Over the last three months, I have sent over half a dozen leads to I-Link in a sprit to help the "I-Link cause".

Don't hesitate to promote and help, if you can!

Better than just a referral, I brough in a client who already has signed on the dotted line.

I brought to I-Link a company who is lauching a nationwide service in a vertical market. After they get their first application launched they plan to go public. The principals of this company sold their last for $300 million. They are seasoned individuals with a history of consecutive successes.
They put about $12 million in this so far (It's been about six months since they acquired the company with the application). This first application will have about 30-50,000 subscribers over two years and I-Link is a small but very important feature of their services. They are more than confident of sucesss. Just an example of the many types of business opportunites that will embrace the I-Link technology, their fantastic network, hardware, software. They got it all.
