Wren -- I received it also. For the performance of the past 2 years they should all be fired. Now Cash comes on board and he has nothing to say other than "Let's move to TX" and "I wanna hire an old friend". I am surprised that the lawyers have not stepped in for a class action. I wonder if this group could run a corner ice cream store successfully! Not a single one should have received more than $5K in salary & benefits last fiscal year. Although it will do no good at all I will not vote in favor of anything they want. They have enough free or cheap shares to vote in anything they want. Certainly happy I do not have much of it and hope they are successful by accident as it surely will not be due to great mgmt if they are successful. Almost feel they will lose it all as they cannot be too bright allowing this debacle to happen. During the pre-tax season we should see some real volume as many flush it to offset gains.

Wren -- the best of it all is they paid $9mil to get rid of the clown that led this debacle. Then they give him $400K for a few months as consultant. No wonder they have problems. The intro of the '99 annual report just makes excuses and has nothing to say about what Cash plans on doing except getting $9mil for himself. If ever a company needed to sell all assets and just go out of business this is it. What a joke they have been running. Looks like a money machine for officers and directors only... better than a printing press as they could not print it as fast as they are taking it out of here,,,

Wren -- As it did it's run today,,all the way to 3 1/2 my broker was watching. The 1st 1/16 down and I was gone. Hated to leave but they have turned it into a real POS and I am certainly not impressed with F Cash at this point. Hopefully for those with more patience than I it will see a new high soon with dividends being paid--------- I hope but do not have faith in the company and especially not the mgmt.
I have been continually adding to HYF, DHF, and a few others. Before their recent rise they were paying 15+% a year. They also pay monthly which adds to the annual rate. I purchase at 15% or more and have div re-investment every month. Those divs will add to my retirement in less than 3 years--- age 55 and bye-bye!
Best of luck to all!
