Much higher supply due to increased manufacturing capacity.

I think ASP numbers for DRAM are really based on bits not unit, so if Micron selling 64 MB DRAM at a 80% premium to a 32 MB unit, then ASP's are falling. Analyzing ASP's in the DRAM market is not as straight forward as looking at AMD's or Intel's ASP.
