I also started experimenting with the cross-handed putting grip last season, but for an unusual ailment. Seems I was quite suddenly and gravely afflicted by what I've labeled "the yipes!" - difficulty maintaining stroke composure over long putts (40 ft. and over) in pressure situations. I switched to left hand low for these and I was fixed.

And now I can't drive the ball!

Playing 54 holes over the next three days in search of the big dog.

Hit 'em good, everyone.

Mark,

Ken, before you go to the long putter, try left hand low first.

Thanks, I have tried it but never stuck with it long enough to really evaluate it. I might give it a try after the tournament season is over because right now it feels too foreign to put under the gun. I actually believe that if I was teaching someone new to the game that I would have them start with this method.

Regards,

Ken
