JT, actually I did well on Q today...

bought @ 64 1/2 EOD yesterday & sold 1/3 @ 72 1/2 today just minutes b4 Tom Costello spoke on CNBC (with more conviction than the earlier 2 or 3 times today) dispelling the rumor & it closed @ 68 1/4. (Better move than my NVDC fiasco, huh?)

Don't think there's any truth to the rumors, but this morning someone posted a Cramer comment on a heavy hitter selling big blocks on NOK & that he was going to jump at the drop (NOK). Then QCOM thread posted an analyst downgrade on NOK due to slumping sales in US due to their lack of CDMA... some posters started calling stores & found that NOK phones had been either discontinued or strongly recommended against by the majority... adding fuel to the rumor, but with a different twist... not a buyout, but finally a licensing/sales agreement for CDMA. Several other things going on also.

After Snyder/H&Q slammed them & put a $50 target on Q recently, many other journalists & analysts have said they see "no slowdown on global CDMA sales", so who knows.

Not sure what tomorrow holds marketwise or Qwise, but pulled some off the table & ready to buy more if it tanks, but still holding core position if it takes off.

Thoughts on support/resistance for Q at this time?

As always, tia
Glad you're feeling better. When's the babysitting over?
