Maybe this is old news but not to me. Did anyone happen to notice that Gercenstein bought 3K shares at 18 1/4 on June 5 ?

That's decent news !

Did you guys pass the cup?

<<What IPR do they have for W-CDMA. Jacobs is a press release machine>>

IJ presided over a company(QCOM) which successfully commercialized an unproven technology. Couple that with a slew of essential patents, and I believe you have the holy grail.

I only take offense with the IDCC crowd when they bust on IJ. You are incorrect he is a press release. Slug through the SI or YHOO Rocket boards and you'll find a compelling majority(Cooters excluded) chant for IJ to further tout QCOM/CDMA. No way!

Best of luck,

Cooters
