You most certainly are right, Hank. I was too flip. Some of the best sulphide ore deposits have been found in moose pasture conditions. Texas Gulf/Kidd Creek is probably the best and closest example. Similar to what AQI propose in this weeks NR, it was explored and drilled in the winter. It created a very exciting Spring.

There are some rumours posted on SH. Keeping your post in mind, the rumours are interesting. Perhaps we will soon have more answers.

Don't know if you've had a chance to read Glenn Brown's work for Haywood. Suspect a lot is wild conjecture but it's good reading. Some of his articles are on PFN's web site. He mentions thrust faults underneath River Valley and indicates other north-south faulting. The low ground through AQI and the PFN/ITF boundary could well represent what you suggest in association with a fault. Makes you wonder what the dip is west of this area. We know what it is to the east from past drilling.

It appears little is really known about River Valley and the other layered intrusive areas which occur to the west. Being so close to Sudbury, I'm surprised.

Checking property maps as issued by AQI, MMIN, PFN, ITF, CVV, etc, there are substantial variations. I believe the Dana North map from AQI and the IP survey maps from PFN are accurate. Other boundaries are hard to determine.

Regards,
Bob
