i love the RMBS story. now with the hitachi settlement they will add approx. 1 bil in revenues. they will collect licensing and royalties on the majority of the DRAM market. this includes DDR memory as well as SDRAM. the cost of high speed memory production is a major obstacle for manufactures in this sector. with RMBS holding the patents for the technology and licensing it out to companies to fab makes for nice fat juicy revenues. this isn't the end either they will continue to seek royalties owed by other DRAM makers. the settlement of the hitachi and toshiba deals just gives them a clearer path to move. she
